Cleavon Meabon, IV, pronounced KLEE-vawn MAY-bawn-DHUH-FORTH, is native of Wynne, Arkansas and Memphis local. He is a proud Black Gay Man who grew up all over the Mid-South and attended Howard University in Washington, DC for Musical Theatre. As a multi-passionate artist and creative, including: an entrepreneur, photographer, musician, and playwright, Meabon has made his mark in a variety of fields, but perhaps most notably in the world of theater and film.

In Atlanta, Meabon's business acumen and film industry accomplishments have led him to roles in casting and managing for notable shows such as “All Eyez on Me,” “Greenleaf,” “Selma,” and “Being Mary Jane.”

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Meabon has produced, written, directed, composed, and arranged music for theater productions.

Local Audiences may have seen him recently in Pass Over as Kitch; The Scottsboro Boys as Mr. Bones; and in the Ensemble of Natasha Pierre & The Great Comet of 1812.
