Auditions dates for our 2024-25 season have been set! Auditions are by appointment only. Please sign up for an audition slot by emailing auditions@operamemphis.org or calling 901-202-4537.

What to prepare:

Prepare and memorize 2 contrasting songs (aria, art song, or classical musical theatre song), but we may only hear one.

For principal or comprimario role auditions only, please also bring your resume and list of selections.

An accompanist will be provided. Please bring sheet music. If you prefer, you may bring your own accompanist.

Chorus auditions are for ages 18 and up. Children and youth auditions will take place at an alternate time.
